can provide assembly of both thru-hole and surface-mount technology (SMT)
products using state of the art equipment. All SMT assemblies are inspected
using AOI equipment. All assemblies are inspected to IPC610 Class 2 or
3 requirements.
We can maintain competitive pricing for printed circuit board assembly prototypes, as well as production runs, while providing a delivery schedule that meets your needs. Although we are utilized as a turnkey supplier for most applications, we will also work with kitted assemblies.
We offer the following Printed Circuit Board Assembly services:
- Printed Circuit Board Assembly of thru-hole or mixed technology products utilizing semi-automatic insertion equipment
- Surface-mount components on either side or both sides of the assembly using fully automatic pick and place equipment
- Testing - using customer supplied test fixtures or a custom fixture built by Scott Electrokrafts
